I’ve worked in the auto industry for 20+ years. Our greatest strength is led from our day to day experience at the dealership level. Our team’s experience is GSM, GM, and ownership experience and allows us to offer a unique 3rd party approach. We work with dealerships all across the U.S. and maintain an industry high rebook rate. This kind of success motivates us internally and allows us to maintain a great team. I’m fortunate to work with a team of great individuals and that makes everyday fun.

Personally, I’m an avid Atlanta Braves fan, enjoy reading and local community efforts. I have two children, both in college and my greatest asset is my wife of 24 years.

Mark Rotruck

I’m Mark Rotruck, and that really is my last name. (pronounced row-truck) I’m the last of a dying breed, a “Native Atlantan.” I’ve got over 30 years in the retail Auto Industry, 24 of that with two New Vehicle Groups that were 1st Class Organizations that believed in a well-trained staff and taking care of the customers professionally. I’ve done every job in the Variable operation, from Sales Associate, where I was Salesman of the Year, to General Manager of what became the largest volume GMC dealership in the USA. My partners have similar skills and philosophies and we have brought them all together into a company that will be proud to do what we do best, sell cars, for you. Should we be fortunate to work with you, your staff, and most importantly, your clients, you will always be glad and have no regrets that you invited us in.

I am married to 30 year+ Elementary Music Teacher, Donna. We live in North Atlanta and have 3 grown children. Holly, a Bar Mgr./GM Trainee at a restaurant in Jacksonville, FL.  Hillary, who is the Student Recovery Mgr. at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. (She also walked the entire Appalachian Trail. It took 5 months), and Zane who works in Customer Service for a Family Owned HVAC Company in Atlanta.

Heck, I’ve been on both the agency and client in traditional and digital marketing for 25+ years.  In joining Jim Schrull (our CEO) and the team going on 5 years ago, I knew this would be a fun ride – and I wasn’t wrong.  Our dedicated team handles data and strategy better than almost any organization I’ve been a part of.

And the results speak for themselves with 450%+ average ROI for our customers.

For my part I work on building efficiencies – how we can do more, more effectively, with greater results and continue that winning recipe that proves itself time and time again for our dealers.  From data ingestion and analysis to project management, I have to provide the team with the tools to make their lives easier and our programs more effective.

It’s a great complement to have 98% of our dealer customers rebook.

When I’m not being an Nsight Live(r) lol – I’m trying to be the best I can be for my wife of 22 years and my 2 teenage daughters.  Road cycling and snowboarding go A LONG way to helping maintain the hectic life pace (just like yours).

Ashley Heiser

Design & Web Specialist Manager

Hello, I’m Ashley! My background has included 15 years in the graphic design, web development and marketing industry. My passion is to bring every vision and campaign to life. I enjoy strategizing, implementing and taking each campaign to the next level. I strive to make each campaign better than the last. Here at Nsight Live, I am responsible for managing the digital marketing efforts for each campaign and dealer.

In my free time, I can be found at the dog park or local coffee shop with my fur-baby Buddy, crafting the latest Pinterest project or sipping mimosas with my husband watching football (Go Saints) in the Arizona sunshine!

Meg Heffner

Event Manager

Here at Nsight Live I’ve been described as the Quarterback. I’m the gal you talk to about vehicle selections, contracts, event letters, and co-op requests, among other things. If you have questions, I can get you the answers! If I don’t know it, I will point you in the right direction.

My background includes Program Management, Project Management, Human Resources, writing, editing, accounting, and scheduling. I’ve worked in retail, construction, telecommunications, trade shows, and Georgia’s movie industry. I was an associate at a dealership in Virginia a while back, so I get how things work. I love spreadsheets, databases, and organization. Hitting deadlines and keeping our customers happy makes me happy!

In my spare time I enjoy teaching dance, creating art, listening to and making music, and riding on a Harley with my husband. We currently live local to the office (in Atlanta traffic, that is a blessing!) but I have lived up and down the east coast, in the Midwest, and in Europe. We have two kitties that love to snuggle.
